Originally from The State of Chihuahua, Mexico Carlos Garcia Sr. is one of our owners and most requested chefs. Carlos enjoys making authentic Mexican dishes but putting that extra spicy kick to it. Carlos also enjoys making specialty plates for many of our clients upon request. So if you are in the mood for something that isn't on the menu and want it to be as spicy as possible, feel free to request it. Chances are if Carlos is in the kitchen you won't be disappointed. Carlos is our Morning/Afternoon chef and also can be found sometimes in the afternoon enjoying his own custom meals while chatting with clients.
